Nemaha County Court House, Seneca Kansas

The Nemaha Court House yard looking from the west at Nemaha and Seventh street   This Nemaha County Court House Yard had  many trees on each side along the side walks.  In the 50s the Dutch Elm all died  because of a disease that was carried by insects.
