ROUNDABOUTS
To Be of Not to Be.
That is the Question.
Will the Fountain be on Main Street?
Where on Main?

That is to be decided.
A  Roundabout in Seneca would give the
senior citizens some good experience.
And they are very simple

There  are plans to move the Fountain that is in the Seneca Park to Main Street. From 1910 to about 1919 it was at the intersection of third and Main.   See picture of the Gilford Hotel and Fountain -  open on the left.

This fountain was donated to the City of Seneca  in 1910 by the by The National Humane Alliance, Herman Lee Ensign, founder. Below is photo of the Fountain as it appears in the park with the brass plate which is on the top on the far side. Horses and dogs could find water there. Below is picture of fountain in the park and brass plate on the fountain.

These drawings are to  give people  some idea of how it would look before the
decision is made.  A picture is worth a 1000 words.
Some time you get that many words without knowing what looks like.
