The Fountain as Roundabout
The fountain could be placed in the
center of the intersection at Fifth and Main. There is s no storm
sewer in center of the street at this point. The fountains could
have a light and water storage and pump to have running water display. There
is no shortage of good ideas. A Roundabout would add much to the decor of
the street.
