This was said to  be a picture taken in Seneca and if so I am wondering if it might be the KC and NW tracks near the round  house which was near Elk and   Second Street.    There appears to be a bit of  snow laying on the side of the track.  There are no visible recognizable buildings on this picture so is of little uncertain, unless someone else can spot something. The track layout is similar to tracks on the Nemaha County Plat map of 1908 which show the track layout  near the roundhouse on what is now second street.
