This picture must be from about 1920 from the looks of the auto on the street. The City Hall was dedicated January 1, 1918. The driveway through Koelzer Lumber company has not been closed and Main Street appear to be paved which was started about 1919. Parking was in center of the Street. the pylons were in the center of the street. There appears to be billboard in front of the vacant lot on the west side of what was Thomson and Wempe store and today is Mitchell's Appliances Store in 2004. The Royal Picture. Theater was at this location in another picture of 1915.
