Two names on one stone, Scrafford and   This is a son of  Finley Lippin who had first log cabin in Seneca and brother-in-law of C. G Scrafford who built many of the early buildings  of  Seneca including the Gilford and the bank building on the which still stands on the corner of Fourth and Main. Samuel Lippin and C. G.   Scrafford was also involved in this  School Bond Scandal  in the  early days of Seneca. They had a very original  way of getting the state to pay for buildings in Seneca.   Come back later please.
