Quote from trail near bottom of map "Road from Ohio City to Richmond" Ohio City must have vanished or it may have been America City on the south border of Nemaha County.  Anyone ever heard of Ohio City?  Doted trail are Indian trails.  Trail in top right corner is 4 miles west of Seneca on US Hwy 36 and one mile south.
